We design and manufacture custom and pre-made 3D printed products. Every item is produced using advanced additive manufacturing processes.

2. Made-to-Order Reality

Most products are made on demand. Minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are part of the process — not defects.

3. Orders

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received
• We may cancel or refuse orders if necessary (e.g. technical issues, design limitations)

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP. Prices may change, but never after checkout — what you see is what you pay.

5. Payments

Secure payments are processed through our platform. No payment = no print (the machines don’t run on hope... yet).

6. Production & Shipping

• Production times vary depending on complexity
• Estimated times are not guarantees
• Once shipped, delivery is handled by third-party couriers

7. Returns & Refunds

• Custom items: Non-refundable unless faulty
• Standard items: Return requests must be made within 14 days
• Items must be unused and in original condition

8. Design Ownership

All designs, models, and files remain the intellectual property of NY3D Printing unless stated otherwise.

No cloning. No reselling. No "I just tweaked it a bit" loopholes.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the site
• Submit unlawful or inappropriate design requests

10. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our products.

Use responsibly — especially for functional or load-bearing parts.

11. Privacy

Your data is handled securely and in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Updates

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance of changes.
